About Bruce
Bruce Gibson is a longstanding resident of Victoria, BC, having called the island his home since 1951. He spent his university years at the University of British Columbia, studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics and completing an in-residence real estate brokerage course. After graduating, he went on to work as a contract property negotiator for Shell Canada Ltd. He joined the Victoria Real Estate Board's Industrial, Commercial, & Investment Division, and has served on the Victoria Board of Governance for Private Industry & Public Service. Always busy, Bruce has also held the position of the Provincial Appointee to the Victoria Police Board, and he and his wife Kristine have enjoyed trips to South Africa, southern Russia, and the Arctic.
Bruce has been a licensed REALTOR® in Victoria for over 40 years, and was the managing broker of Boorman Investments, one of the city's oldest real estate firms, from 1995 to 2002. He possesses extensive experience in all areas of real estate. He has successfully managed both commercial and residential properties and works as an agent for both buyers and sellers. He has consistently placed in the top 10% of producers in Victoria for many years and has been the recipient of virtually every sales award offered by the Victoria Real Estate Board.
